Each switch controls whatever is wired to it today, not just lights: a ceiling light, an exhaust fan, a TV point, a mirror light. Give every one a name in the meshams app ("Bedside lamp", "Exhaust") and switch it from anywhere.
Two fan controls, 4 speeds each
Change the speed on the panel or in the meshams app. Alexa and Google Assistant switch the fan on and off by voice.

Touch the glass, tap the meshams app, or ask Alexa or Google Assistant. Add schedules and timers too, like a light that switches itself off at midnight.

What does "8 Switch, 2 Fan" mean?
It has 8 touch keys on one glass panel: 6 smart switches and 2 fan keys, 4 speeds each. The fan key turns the fan on and off, and its 4 speeds are set on the panel or in the meshams app; Alexa and Google Assistant switch it on and off.
Can a smart switch control something other than a light?
Yes. Each switch controls whatever is wired to it: lights, fans, exhaust fans, TV points, mirror lights and more. A geyser or other heavy load goes on the Single Switch 16A. You name each one in the meshams app so everyone at home knows which is which.
Does it work with Alexa and Google Assistant?
Yes. Alexa and Google Assistant can switch every key on the 8 Switch, 2 Fan on and off by voice, alongside the meshams app and the panel itself. Fan speed is set on the panel or in the app.
Do I need a new switchboard?
No. The 8 Switch, 2 Fan replaces the switch panel you have now, and a meshams technician installs it and sets it up with you.
